Hello PicCollage Community!
If you're unable to see your photos in PicCollage, it may be due to missing permissions. Follow the steps below to grant PicCollage access to your device’s gallery:
For Android Users
Method 1: Through App Settings
- Open Settings on your device.
- Go to Apps (or Applications).
- Scroll down and select PicCollage.
- Tap Permissions.
- Find Storage or Photos and Videos, then select Allow.
- Close and restart the PicCollage app.
Method 2: Through Permission Manager
If you can’t find the settings above, try:
- Open Settings.
- Go to Privacy > Permission Manager.
- Select Photos and Videos (or Storage).
- Find PicCollage in the list and tap Allow.
- Restart the app and check if your photos appear.
For iOS Users
Method 1: Allowing Access via Settings
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Scroll down and tap PicCollage.
- Tap Photos.
- Select All Photos to grant full access.
- Relaunch the PicCollage app to apply changes.
Method 2: Alternative Method via Privacy Settings
- Open Settings.
- Tap Privacy & Security > Photos.
- Find and select PicCollage.
- Choose All Photos to allow access.
- Restart the app to check if your photos appear.
After granting permissions, your photos should now be accessible in PicCollage.
