Hello, Android 13 users!
We apologize if you have been experiencing any issues with accessing your photos in PicCollage. If your photos are not appearing in the app, please follow the steps below to grant PicCollage access to your device gallery from your device settings.
For Samsung devices:
- Go to your device Settings > Apps > PicCollage
- Under App Settings, please tap Permissions and allow Storage permission
- After allowing permission, please re-launch the PicCollage app and see if you can access your photos again.
For Pixel devices:
- Go to your device Settings > Privacy > Permission Manager
- Tap Photos and Videos
- Find PicCollage in the app list and tap Allow
- After allowing permission, please re-launch the PicCollage app and see if you can access your photos again.
