Account: Change Login Info within the App

Hello PicCollage Community!

If you would like to change your email or password within the app, kindly follow the steps below:

 

 

Changing Your Email:

• Open the PicCollage app
• Tap the  icon in the top left corner of the Home Screen
• Tap PicCollage Community
• Tap Edit Account Info
• Enter your new email under the field "Email" at the top
• A Confirmation Email will be sent to your new email. Please tap on Confirm Email

You should now be able to access your account with your new email!

Changing Your Password:

• Open the PicCollage app
• Tap the  icon in the top left corner of the Home Screen
• Tap PicCollage Community
• Tap Edit Account Info
• Scroll down and tap Change Password
• Enter your current and new password
• Tap Save

Please note that the above method only works if you are logged into your PicCollage Community account from the app.

 

Alternatively, you may reset your password with the email linked to your PicCollage Community account. To reset your password with your email, please follow this link: Reset Password. Kindly enter the email address you used to sign up for your PicCollage account. A link will then be sent to your email for you to create a new password.
