Hello PicCollage Community!
We want to inform you that starting September 30, 2024 (Monday), PicCollage will no longer support Facebook as a login method. This change will only affect users who currently use Facebook to log into their PicCollage accounts. Affected users will receive an email from us on how to complete your account set up by creating a password. Once you create a password, this will be your login method going forward.
Why should I create a password?
Your PicCollage account is used to upload your collages to PicCollage Cloud and to access PicCollage Social. PicCollage Cloud backs up your collages, helps protect them from being lost, and will allow you to access them from any device you’re logged into. For more details, check out this article: How to Set Up Password for Accounts Linked to Facebook.
Is my PicCollage account linked to my VIP subscription?
Your PicCollage account is NOT linked to your in-app purchases, such as your VIP subscription or free trials.
How will this affect my previous collages?
This change will not affect any collages stored under the “Device” section of “My Collages,” as shown in the screenshots below, as these are saved only on your device and are not connected to your PicCollage account.
However, you will only be able to access collages stored in PicCollage Cloud after completing account set up by creating a password.
We recommend you to complete setting up your PicCollage account so you can use PicCollage Cloud to ensure your collages are safely backed up and accessible from any device. For more details, check out this article: Back Up: Access Cloud Storage.
If you have any questions regarding this change, please check out how to contact our team here: How to Contact the PicCollage Team.
Happy collaging!
