Already paid for your PicCollage VIP subscription but lost access or still seeing a watermark on your collages? No worries! Whether you're using a new device or simply need to refresh your purchases, we've got you covered. Follow the steps below to restore your VIP benefits or in-app purchases and get back to creating amazing collages in no time.
Note: These steps apply if you are restoring VIP access or in-app purchases on the same platform (iOS to iOS or Android to Android). If you have switched between iOS and Android, please refer to our other article: How do I Restore my Purchases if I Switched Devices.
Steps to Restore your VIP subscription or In-App Purchases
- Ensure your PicCollage app is updated – Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and check if you have the latest version installed.
- Ensure you're logged into the right Apple ID/Google Play Account – VIP subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID/Google Play Account, not your PicCollage account. Make sure you are logged into the Apple ID/Google Play Account used for the original purchase.

Restore purchases:
- Open the PicCollage app.
- Tap the ≡ (Menu) in the top left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Restore Purchases or Refresh Purchase Status (iOS only).
- Check if the purchases/subscriptions has been restored:

Restoring VIP Subscription: Please return to the PicCollage Home Screen and tap the gold
VIP badge in the top-right corner. If the app still prompts you to repurchase the subscription, please contact our support team for further assistance.
- Restoring other In-App Purchases:Please kindly find the items you purchased in the PicCollage Store and tap the "TRY" to the right of the content packs. If the purchases are restored successfully, it should automatically be downloaded. If it does not succeed, please contact our support team for further assistance.
