To cancel your VIP subscription, please follow the instructions here:
- Open the PicCollage app
- Tap the PicCollage
VIP banner on the top of the home page - Scroll down and tap Help Me Get There > at the bottom
- Tap Start and fill out the survey
- After finishing the survey, tap x on the upper left corner
- Tap on the PicCollage subscription if need
- Tap Cancel Subscription (If you don’t see Cancel Subscription and an expiration date is shown instead, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.)
