Hello VIP Community,
If you are having an issue accessing your PicCollage content - don’t worry! Your VIP subscription is tied to your iTunes account, so as long as you are logged into the Apple Store with the same iTunes account you will be able to restore your content and VIP features.
To restore your VIP content, please:
- Open the PicCollage app
- Tap the ‘=’ icon in the top left corner of the Home Screen
- Select Settings
- Tap Restore Purchases
If you are logged into the same iTunes account used to purchase your VIP subscription and the steps above don't work, please send us an email to email@example.com.
