If you are experiencing an issue accessing your PicCollage content - don’t worry! Your VIP subscription is tied to your Apple ID so as long as you are logged into the Apple Store with the same account you will be able to restore your content and VIP features.
To restore your VIP subscription, please:
Open the PicCollageapp
Tap the‘=’ icon in the top left corner of the Home Screen
If the above steps don't restore your VIP access, please return to the Home Screen and tap the gold PicCollage VIP banner at the top to restore access. If connected to the same account you purchased the VIP subscription with, you will not be charged again.
If you are logged into the same iTunes account used to purchase your VIP subscription and the steps above don't work, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
