Hello PicCollage Community,
If you wish to restore your VIP Subscription or other In-App Purchases, please kindly ensure 2 things first:
- Your PicCollage app is up-to-date with the latest version.
- You are logged in to the Apple ID/Google Play account associated with your purchases on your device (not within the PicCollage app, as your purchases are not tied to your PicCollage account)
Note: If you have switched operating devices, please scroll to the bottom.
Restoring your In-App Purchases:
To restore your VIP Subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Open the app
- Tap the
in the top-left corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap Restore Purchases

If you are using an Apple device, tap Refresh Purchase Status
If the steps above do not restore your purchases, please follow the steps below:
Restoring VIP Subscription:
Please return to the PicCollage Home Screen and tap the gold VIP badge in the top-right corner. Does your VIP access reconnect, or does the app prompt you to repurchase?
Restoring other In-App Purchases:
Please kindly find the items you purchased in the PicCollage Store and tap the "price tag" to the right of the content packs as if you were buying them again. Do your purchases then re-download or does the app prompt you to repurchase the content?
Restoring Purchases on a Different Operating System:
