Hello PicCollage Community!
If you switched to a new device and can't see any of your purchased items - don’t worry! As long as you are connected to the same Apple/Google Play account previously used, your in-app purchases can be restored easily.
There are two ways to restore purchases, both listed below. Please know that additional support to restore VIP subscriptions can be found here.
The first way to restore purchases:
- Open the app
- Tap the
in the top left corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap Restore Purchases
The second way to restore purchases:
- Open the app
- Tap Store
in the bottom right corner
- Tap My Items
- Tap Restore in the top right corner
