Please know that all in-app purchases and transactions are processed directly through iTunes and not PicCollage. Because of this, our team is unable to confirm VIP subscription purchases and status.
There are two ways to check and confirm if you have an active VIP subscription:
- Confirm your subscription through your Settings app on any iOS device. Steps to do so can be found here: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT202039
- You can also confirm a VIP subscription via your iTunes purchase history. Steps to access your purchase history can be found here: .
