Hello PicCollage Community!
If you have switched devices, please know that purchases can only be restored if you are using PicCollage on the same operating system (ex. Android to Android or Apple to Apple). If you would like to have access to VIP features using a different operating system (ex. Apple to Android, or Android to Apple) please follow the instructions below:
Restoring Purchases: Apple to Android
If you have switched from Apple to Android, please know that your purchases cannot be restored. You may request a refund for in- app purchases through Apple and then repurchase them on your new Android device.

Restoring Purchases: Android to Apple
If you have switched from Android to Apple, we kindly ask you to cancel your subscription and request a refund through Google Play for your purchases so that you may re-purchase them on your new iOS device.
To request a refund, please contact our team with the following information:
- A screenshot of the original receipt issued by Google Play. This receipt must contain the order number that begins with GPA. If you are unable to access your original receipt, you may also find the order number through your purchase history here: Google Play purchase history.
If you would like to restore purchases using the same operating system (Apple to Apple, or Android to Android), please follow the steps here.
