Hello PicCollage Community!
If you have switched devices, please know that purchases can be restored if you are using PicCollage on the same operating system. If your old and new devices are both Apple or both Android, please follow these steps to restore your purchases:
1. Open the PicCollage app:
- Tap the in the top left corner
- Click Settings
- Tap Restore Purchases
2. Open the PicCollage app:
- Click Store in the bottom right corner
- Tap My Items
- Tap Restore in the top right corner
Restoring Purchases: Apple to Android
If you have switched from Apple to Android, please know that your purchases cannot be restored. You may request a refund for in-purchases through Apple and then repurchase them on your new Android device.

If you have switched from Android to Apple, our team can refund purchases directly so that they can be repurchased on your new Apple device.
Order numbers start with GPA. and can be found on the receipt issued by Google Play or through your purchase history:
Once you have your order number, please contact our team along with the reason for the refund:
