Hello PicCollage Community!
If you have switched devices, please know that purchases can be restored if you are using PicCollage on the same operating system. If your old and new devices are both iOS or both Android, please follow these steps to restore your purchases:
- Open the PicCollage app:
- Tap the = in the top left corner
- Click Settings
- Tap Restore Purchases
OR
- Open the PicCollage app:
- Click Store in the bottom right corner
- Tap My Items
- Tap Restore in the top right corner
Restoring Purchases: iOS to Android
If you switched from iOS to Android, please know that your purchases cannot be restored. You may request a refund for your content from Apple and then buy the content again on your new Android device.

Restoring Purchases: Android to iOS
If you switched from Android to iOS, our team can refund your purchases directly so that you can buy the content again on your new iOS device.
Please send an email to support@piccollage.com with the order number of your purchases. The order number starts with GPA and can be found on the invoice sent by Google Play.
