If you've lost your collages due to the following reasons:
- Reinstalling or redownloading the PicCollage app, or
- Changing to a new device,
Please be aware that all collages are automatically saved locally on your device via the app. This means that if you reinstall the app or switch devices, your "My Collages" section will be reset and appear empty. Only collages that have been backed up to PicCollage Cloud will be accessible across different devices.
To
safeguard
your collages and prevent future loss, we highly recommend backing them up to the PicCollage Cloud. You can learn more about backing up your collages here: Back Up: Access Cloud Storage.
