Hello PicCollage Community!
If your purchases are not available, don't worry - they can be restored! All purchases are tied to your Apple/Google Play account and not to your PicCollage account.
Please make sure you are connected to the same Apple/Google Play account associated with the purchases and try the following steps:
1. Open the app:
- Tap the in the top left corner
- Click Settings
- Tap Restore Purchases
2. Open the app:
- Click Store in the bottom right corner
- Tap My Items
- Tap Restore in the top right corner
If connected to the same account you previously made purchases with, you will not be charged again. Please know that switching devices, deleting the app, or having your Apple/Google Play account disconnected can affect access to purchases.
If you have switched operating systems (iOS to Android, or Android to iOS), please follow the additional steps for restoring purchases here:
