Please know that all in-app purchases with PicCollage, including free trials and subscriptions, are carried out through Apple or Google Play Store and not PicCollage. Because of this, our team is unable to manage or refund free trials and VIP subscriptions on your behalf.
Furthermore, before requesting a refund, kindly make sure you have cancelled your subscription.

If a refund is required, it must be requested through Apple as all in-app purchases are carried out through your Apple ID, not your PicCollage account: Request a refund for apps from Apple

If a refund is required, please note the following:
- If you are requesting a refund within 48 hours of your purchase, please request a refund directly through Google Play.
- If you are requesting a refund within 15 days of your purchase, a request can be sent directly to our team with the information below:
- Order number associated with the subscription. This number begins with GPA. and can be found on the receipt issued by Google Play or through your purchase history here: Google Play purchase history.
- Reason for the refund request.
