Confirm VIP Subscriptions
Please confirm subscriptions through the purchase history for your Google Play account: Review your order history, Google Play
Cancel VIP Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled through Google Play’s self-help flow: Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play
Refund VIP Subscriptions
If a refund is needed, a request can be sent directly to our team with the following:
- Order number associated with the subscription
- Reasons for the refund request
Order numbers start with GPA. and can be found on the receipt issued by Google Play or through your purchase history: Google Play purchase history
