Here is our guide to managing and canceling free trial.
Confirm Free Trial is Active
Please confirm free trial and subscriptions through your purchase history:
Free Trials are 7 days long and will automatically convert into an annual subscription through Apple or Google Play
Switch from an Annual to Monthly Subscription
iOS Devices:
Our annual subscription saves 40% a year and provides access to new and exciting content year-round! If you would like to continue from free trial to a monthly VIP subscription (instead of the annual option), here are the steps to switch:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name at the top of the screen
- Tap Subscriptions
- Click on PicCollage under the Active section
- Select the preferred subscription option
We would like to remind you that this switch must be done 24 hours before free trial ends.
Android Devices:
Please kindly cancel your free trial and then purchase the monthly VIP plan.
Cancel Free Trial
To cancel free trial, please refer to the steps below:
iOS Devices:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap the PicCollage subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription

- Open the Google Play app
- Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
- Tap Payments & Subscriptions
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap the PicCollage subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
