Hi PicCollage Community!
Running low on phone storage but want to keep your collages safe? Here's how to remove collages from your device while keeping them backed up in PicCollage Cloud — the best of both worlds! It's a handy way to free up space without losing any of your creations.
Before you start:
- Make sure you have the latest version of PicCollage installed from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- You'll need to be logged into a PicCollage account. See Sign Up and Log In for the steps.
How to free up device storage:
- Open the PicCollage app
- Tap My Collages in the bottom left corner of the Home Screen
- Tap the filter icon and select Device & Cloud
- Tap '…' beneath the collage you'd like to remove from your device
- Tap Remove from Device
- Tap Remove in the confirmation popup
That's it! The collage stays safely in your PicCollage Cloud, and you can re-download it any time you want.
