Confirm VIP Subscriptions
Please confirm subscriptions through the purchase history for your Google Play account: Review your order history, Google Play
Cancel VIP Subscriptions
To cancel your subscription through the PicCollage app, please:
- Open the PicCollage app
- Tap the PicCollage VIP banner on the top of the home page
- Tap Help Me Get There > at the bottom
- Tap Start and fill out the survey
- After finishing the survey, tap x on the upper left corner
- Tap on the PicCollage subscription
- Tap Cancel subscription
You will have the option to cancel or pause your subscription if you wish to rejoin our VIP community in the near future. More information can be found here: Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.
Refund VIP Subscriptions
If a refund is required, please note the following:
- If you are requesting a refund within 48 hours of your purchase, please request a refund directly through Google Play.
- If you are requesting a refund within 15 days of your purchase, a request can be sent directly to our team with the information below:
- Order number associated with the subscription. This number begins with GPA. and can be found on the receipt issued by Google Play or through your purchase history here: Google Play purchase history.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Steps to contact our team can be found here.
Please know that all in-app purchases are carried-out directly through Google Play and not PicCollage. Because of this, our team cannot manage transactions on your behalf. If you have any questions, check out how to contact our team here: Contact the PicCollage Team!
