Confirm VIP Subscriptions
Please confirm subscriptions through the purchase history for your Apple ID: See your purchase history for the App Store
Switch VIP Subscription Lengths
As all in-app purchases are carried out through Apple, our team cannot switch subscription lengths on your behalf.
To switch from monthly to annual, or from annual to monthly, we kindly ask that you:
- Open the Settings app on your Apple device
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
- Tap the PicCollage subscription
- A list of available subscription lengths will appear, tap the option that you want
- Tap Subscribe

Cancel VIP Subscriptions
To cancel a VIP subscription, please:
- Open the Settings app on your Apple device
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap the PicCollage subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription

Refund VIP Subscriptions
If a refund is required, it must be requested through Apple as all in-app purchases are carried out through your Apple ID, not your PicCollage account: Request a refund for apps from Apple
