Already paid for your PicCollage VIP subscription but lost access or still seeing a watermark on your collages? No worries! Please follow the steps below to restore your VIP benefits.
Steps to Restore your VIP subscription
- Update PicCollage – Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and make sure you have the latest version installed.
- Check your Apple ID or Google account – VIP subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account, not your PicCollage Account. Open your device settings (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android) to confirm you're signed in with the same account used for the original purchase.

Restore purchases inside PicCollage:
- Open the PicCollage app.
- Tap the ≡ (Menu) in the top left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Restore Purchases or Refresh Purchase Status (iOS only).

Confirm it worked – Head back to the Home screen and tap the gold
VIP badge at the top of the Home screen to check your status.
If the app still asks you to repurchase, please contact our support team with your purchase receipt from Apple or Google Play and a screenshot of what the VIP badge shows.
